For unemployed individuals in legal unemployment who have not contributed for at least 360 days to qualify for the contributory benefit, provided they have contributed at least 90 days.

If multiple legal unemployment situations are recorded in the six months prior to the application, all contributions not previously used to obtain another contributory benefit or subsidy will be taken into account.

You may access this subsidy even if you hold one or more part-time contracts, as long as the total working hours are less than a full-time job and the remaining conditions are met.
