You can contact the Social Services of your local council or the Coordination Team of the Basic Social Services Area of the Consell Comarcal del Maresme to receive support or personalized guidance.

What can I do if I only have a passport or no official documentation?

People who only have a passport or lack official documentation cannot apply for any benefit through this simulator. In these cases, it is recommended to contact the social services of your municipality to request information about local aid or the first reception service of the Regional Council for guidance and personalized support.

What does it mean to have a single-parent family card or a large family card? How can you apply?

The single-parent family card is an official document that certifies families made up of one parent with one or more dependent children.

The large family card certifies families with three or more children (or equivalent situations, such as two children if one has a recognized disability).

No, the results are for guidance only and have an informative purpose.

What benefits can the simulator show?

The simulator includes non-contributory and family-related social benefits such as the Guaranteed Minimum Income, child support, disability benefits, housing assistance, among others. The list is updated periodically in accordance with current regulations.

To apply for the benefits, you must contact the relevant processing body (SEPE, SOC, INS…) to complete the process online, or you can ask for help by contacting the social services of your municipality if needed.
